APPOINTMENT NOTICE
==================
President and Chief Executive Officer of BNR CM4NEWS Ltd/Ltee is pleased
to announce the appointment of Robert J. Koziy as Editor of BYLINE file.

The BYLINE facility, part of a massive reform of CM4NEWS, will take
effect on October 22 for a one-month trial and should go a long way
toward enhancing the role of back-bench CMOS4 contributers.

"This is a major, major change in CM4NEWS", said the jubilant CM4NEWS
Publisher. Rob Koziy headed a special one-person committee whose COCOS
October 3 formed the basis for the reforms the CM4NEWS Publisher has
accepted and will likely become permanent after some fine-tuning.
Here's what the BYLINE facility, the latest CM4NEWS spin-off, will do:

- BYLINE READ  (default)
- BYLINE WRITE (for editorials and letters to the editor)
- BYLINE EDIT  (editor only)
- BYLINE XEDIT (editor only)
