0012 85/11/17 00:33:45 * CMOS4 CELL DATA SHEETS AVAILABLE *
---- -------- -------- -------------------------------------------------

The CM4NEWS Publisher would like to challenge Wayne McFall for the
description files (data sheets) of all 73 CMOS4 primary cells. As for
the general public, please try HLPCOM DESC, and any typo-bug should be
reported through the great RFA facility.

On behalf of Rob Gibbins, the CM4NEWS Publisher wishes to announce the
inclusion of the following 12 DRC files on CM4LIB disk as of November 15:

   - CM4 CONTIN - CM4BMC CONTIN
   - CM4 PCF - CM4BMC PCF
   - CM4 PDRC - CM4BMC PDRC
   - CM4 PRTPLTA - CM4BMC PRTPLTA
   - CM4 PRTPLTEB - CM4BMC PRTPLTEB
   - CM4 PRTPLTPL - CM4BMC PRTPLTPL

Go S. Sunatori implemented Steve Sunter's brainchild called "BNR/NT CMOS
TECHNOLOGY" around 22h00, November 15. (Steve has brain, too, you know.
According to Robert Hum, BNR stands for "Brain Not Required".) The chart
shows the evolution of the CMOS technology at BNR/NT by comparing the
typical cell size for CMOS1B, CMOS1B2S, CMOS3, and CMOS4 technologies.
The CM4NEWS Publisher hopes that it will eventually catch the attention
of Cesar Cesaratto, John Roth, and even Edmund Fitzgerald.

Has anybody noticed back-bencher Jeff Bennett's complaints on CM4NEWS
in the BYLINE graffiti file? The CM4NEWS Publisher is now offering
Jeff associate editorship with a minority share of BNR CM4NEWS Ltd/Ltee.
Considering the total assets of $400K, it means only $80K for as much as
20% share for him. Jeff has to come up with the money by November 24, or
he won't get the job he has so vigorously sought since August 19, 1985.

Flooded with resumes from all over the continent, John Hogeboom was
bitching "When we need people we don't get any qualified people, but
when there is a hiring freeze we get resumes from a bunch of qualified
people....." Steve Sunter was bitching on the chicken-and-egg situation
on requisition-and-interview. The CM4NEWS Publisher wishes to quote
Governor General Jeanne Sauve, a guest speaker at a joint Canadian Club-
Empire Club luncheon meeting in Toronto November 12, which the CM4NEWS
Publisher regretfully missed. She said "Canadian corporations will have
to hire above their needs, to readjust their priorities and expectations
and assume a margin of risk as an investment in the quality and dignity
of the workers of tomorrow."
