1991-09-08|Canada's provinces shun international sign system

I briefly met you at the APEO Ottawa Chapter general meeting, and thought you might be the best person to contact to express my frustration.
Attached is a cover of the International Road Signs. I was quite surprised and shocked to discover that Canada does not conform with the international system, nor is it even in the countries marked as "progressively adapting the international system", which incidentally include the United States of America.
Who in Canada is responsible for adopting the International Road Signs standard which I consider is vital to the country's success in the global economy?
