2005-02-09|Sunatori's Fastest Time from Patent Filing to Patent Issue?

Does anybody know the fastest time from the Filing Date to the Issue Date for a U.S. Patent?
U.S. Patent 6 830 402 has been granted for "Auto-Retractable Pen Mechanism with a Cushion Effect". The entire patent process at the USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office) from the Filing Date to the Issue Date took only 242 days (35 weeks), compared to an average of 27 months according to the USPTO.
I am wondering if this one is a record breaking feat or not.
