Here are excerpts from my curriculum vitae in a PDF file that I uploaded to Indeed's website by clicking button "Post your Resume" followed by button "Upload Resume".

Location ............... Hamilton (Ontario) CANADA
Period ................. 1981-06 to 1983-05

Indeed's website quickly responded: "We have automatically converted your document to an Indeed Resume. Edit your resume below or start from scratch." Although I appreciate Indeed's giving me an opportunity to review the uploaded resumé, the transformation is remarkable, as shown below.

Not only are the dates in the second item (June 1981 to May 1983) missing, but also the degree is totally messed up. In this particular case, the first item should say "Doctorate incomplete", while the second item should say "Master of Engineering" instead of "Doctorate in Programme".
I trusted Indeed so much that I missed these transformations. The inaccuracy was pointed out during a job interview, and I was put into a very embarrassing situation. I hereby suggest that Indeed improve the parsing algorithm, please.
