At the digital self-order kiosk, I was able to scan the QR Code from the iPhone OK. However, when I wanted to check out, I was not able to finish the transaction because the "DONE" button was disabled. The digital self-order kiosk is programmed to expect additional order before enabling the "DONE" button. Exactly the same situation happened at 3 McDonald's restaurants in Gatineau, QC, Canada. Therefore, the deception is not an isolated incident but a programming error that affects everywhere.

Valid between 11 a.m. and 4 a.m. the day after the game, at participating restaurants in Quebec only.
However, the app sometimes says "The offer is not available at this time of day" even though the time of visit is clearly within the valid period. Another time, the app says "Problem with Payment" even though it was a free order of fries.

On 2018-03-03 (Saturday), Montréal Canadiens scored the first goal of the game in the 1st period. However, the My McD's app did not show an offer for a free medium-size order of fries on the day after the game, 2018-03-04 (Sunday), long after the promised window of time had begin, i.e., "valid only between 11 a.m. and 4 a.m." What is going on? Am I blacklisted because I have had more than 12 Free Medium Fries with the iPhone app??
Sometimes, My McD's app goes off-line, just when I want to make an order.
