Electric Vehicles (EV) do not have idling. Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEV) shut down the internal combustion (IC) engine at idle and restart it when needed in a start-stop system. Instead of closing down their drive-thru access, drive-thru coffee/fast food outlets should put up a sign like "EV and HEV only" in order to encourage the migration towards environmentally-friendly transportation. No More Idling! <- Idle No More!
