To whom it may concern

Although I became a Communauto member in Gatineau, QC, more than 18 months ago, I had to register with Communauto Toronto to use a FLEX vehicle while visiting my professional artist daughter Véronique in Toronto, ON.

How do I use Communauto in other provinces and countries?

Quebec members who want to use vehicles in Toronto will still need to register with that branch separately.

The FAQ section of Communauto's website explains neither why a separate account is necessary nor whether the 2 accounts will be merged in future in order to eliminate such great inconvenience.

So, I sent a new photo which meets the requirement, but the characters in the permis de conduire are too small to be read.
