To whom it may concern

On website samknows.one, "Dashboard" shows (Day, Week, Month), while "Analytics shows" (Date range: Last 6 months). Is there any way to view reports on the Web for previous periods dating back to the installation date?

Several years ago, I subscribed to Bell Canada's Fibe with Home Hub 2000 modem. Over the years, my subscription was upgraded eventually to Fibe 500 at 500 Mb/s. SamKnows measurement device (Whitebox) which monitors Internet speed consistently reports the speed of 500+ Mb/s. I have only about 10 devices connected to Wi-Fi, and the service has been quite satisfactory in terms of speed.
I have experienced no major problems accessing numerous websites/webpages every day for work and research. However, I started to notice intermittent outages lasting up to 1 minute during FaceTime and Skype calls at random moments. I also watch about 20 YouTube videos and 2 to 4 Tubi movies every day, and some movies experience brief interruption once in a while even though streaming services are buffered in cache. I see no error messages at all.

Despite frequent (daily) occurrence of such a serious connection problem, SamKnows report has never flagged it. I sincerely hope that a new version of measurement software that can be integrated directly into home routers would be able to flag such a serious connection problem.
