On Amazon.ca, I ordered "MMOBIEL HDMI to 3RCA Audio Video AV Cable Cord HD Converter Adapter Male M/M Compatible with HDTV DVD (Black)".
However, the order encountered a "Problem", and eventually became "Undeliverable".
What I needed was HDMI-to-RCA conversion. So, the following requirement was met OK.

Note: The cable is only for transferring signals from HDMI to RCA. Signal transfer from RCA to HDMI is not possible.

However, careful examination of the product revealed that it is an "Adapter", not a "Converter".

Prerequisite for use:

Customers must ensure that their video HDMI output device has the hardware capability to convert HDMI high-definition signals into AV signals. If not available, please do not purchase. If unsure, please refer to the instructions below.

Explanation: A line is just a regular signal transmission line, and the so-called conversion to AV or color difference is achieved by converting the HDMI signal into an AV signal through the video output terminal, and then transmitting it to the display terminal through the line. If your video output device does not support it, conversion will naturally not be possible.

So, I ordered "High Definition HDMI to AV Adapter, 1080P 4K30HZ Composite Video to RCA AV/CVSB L/R Video Converter Box, Compatible with NTSC PAL Cable, for Gaming Consoles, DVDs, PCs, TV Boxes, and Monitors, etc". This is a case where curse turned into blessing.
