Window Film One Way Mirror Film Privacy Static Non-Adhesive Decorative Heat Control Anti-UV Window Tint for Home and Office Silver was applied to all doors and windows of the house. Cold air from central heat pump system's outdoor unit caused dihydrogen monoxide (H2O) from melting snow on the roof to spray onto the window, creating wavy film of ice. Nebulous image formed due to reflection of light from the window on the opposite side.
