To whom it may concern

I received e-mail message from Smartsheet which I use every day for work.

Demand Generation Manager

We will send reviewers a $25 Amazon gift card as a thank you for an honest, detailed, and complete review - which will help others discover and learn about Smartsheet.

So, I clicked button "Write a review", and answered all the questions. Next day, I received acknowledgement, so I clicked button "Check my review".
I was disappointed to see "Your review update was not approved". So, I clicked button "Try your update again", and edited text for improvement.
Since "Your review update was not approved" persisted, I sent e-mail message to Smartsheet's Demand Generation Manager, but received nonsense. HELP!!!
