Legitimate PRESTO emails will have the following indicators: From: The email will come from PRESTO Market Research Body: The body of the email will notify the customer that they won, as well as provide steps to claim their prize.

• The reply is totally unacceptable, so I am reporting PRESTO's false advertisement to the Competition Bureau Canada.
