2 days after I received e-mail message "FedEx Billing Online - New Invoice(s)", identical invoice in paper format arrived via snail-mail.
I immediately visited FedEx website, searching for a way to disable such paper option, but could not find a way. I then asked FedEx's chatbot, which turned out to be useless. I then called FedEx's customer support by telephone. The human agent explained to me that there is no way for FedEx to stop sending invoices in paper format.
