During Canadian Tire app (iOS)'s sign-in with 2-factor authentication (2FA), one-time verification code (6-digit code) was never received by my iPhone.
As instructed, I signed in again and again and again, more than 30 times, but there was no sign of one-time verification code (6-digit code). When I used another e-mail address on Canadian Tire website, "CLICK HERE TO VERIFY EMAIL" resulted in cryptic error message.
