I received e-mail message "Your credit will become inactive in 7 days" from Microsoft Skype. Because of my inaction, I received another e-mail message "Reactivate your credit" 7 days later.
Following the instruction to reactivate my credit, Skype notified me that "We are re-activating your credit.". A few minutes later, "Your Skype Credit is inactive." showed up. HELP!!!
