2026-02-04|Paramount+ Subscription Shortening

To whom it may concern

I subscribed to Paramount+ as soon as it became the Streaming Home of Star Trek in Canada. On 2025-12-19, I renewed my annual subscription to Paramount+, to be renewed next time on 2026-12-19, as explicitly stated in E-mail message from Paramount+.
I had no problem with accessing Paramount+ app (iOS) and Paramount+ website until early February 2026 when I suddenly became unable to access Paramount+.
On webpage "Account", the only action I can take is to click "GET STARTED", followed by "CONTINUE", which leads to "Pick Your Plan".
My annual subscription lasted only about 45 days. What is going on?? Please take remedial action immediately!!

At least, Paramount+ issued quick refund.
However, Paramount+ website refused to accept "Basic (with ads) Annual" plan. HELP!!!
