To whom it may concern
Unlike text-to-speech (TTS) of newspaper which I do every day, pausing is essential for me in reading IEEE Spectrum magazine because I need to focus on diagrams for understanding. In IEEE Spectrum's present implementation, the speech control is lost as soon as I scroll down to follow the article. Please make speech control available at any stage of reading.
Also, my preferred speed setting to increase or decrease narration speed is always 1.5x, but the setting is lost and reset to 1.0x as soon as I move on to another article. Please give memory to speed setting.
