Boiling dihydrogen monoxide (H2O) at 273 K is poured into a glass beaker with dried mint leaves in a stainless-steel fine mesh tea infuser. Then, I put the glass beaker into a microwave oven to keep H2O boiling. When I opened microwave oven's door, the tea infuser started to move up and down in oscillation. The mechanism of such strange behaviour seems to be different from a lava lamp or a drinking bird.
