HELP!!! Today, I watched many ads in order to accumulate Gems. My Gem count went up to more than 3 400. Then, all of a sudden, it went down to just 5. During such a transition, I was not doing any lessons which I normally do between 06:00 and 12:00 and also between 18:00 and 00:00.
What is going on??? Please investigate and restore my Gem count!!!
