My GE Top Load Electric Dryer in White broke, so I contacted GE Appliance Service. The technician replaced one of the dials, but told me that the dial should be rotated in CLOCKWISE direction only, even though it is not mentioned at all in GE's User Manual. Here is my home-made decal on the dryer.
