I have used Ottawa Citizen ePaper app (iOS) on the iPhone for many years. I make annual payment of $99.99 in March.
Today, I was shocked to be asked for Ottawa Citizen Single Issue payment of $2.99. The list of issues says "The London Free Press" instead of "Ottawa Citizen", so there is something seriously wrong with the system somewhere. HELP!!!
